PARTICIPATION:
Single runners and teams, at least 18 years of age.
COURSE:
1,5 km lap at the Niederländer Ufer - Rheinufer. Regular
asphalt sidewalk, most parts overshadowed. Measurement according
DUV/IAU; existing protocoll of measurement. Shift of directions.
TIME:
Digitalclock - counting stations by our internationally experienced
and reliable team, according DUV/IAU. List of results according
to classes of age/categories of the DLV.
CATERING:
Food and drinks will be provided for the runners at our catering
tent. Helpers can also buy food and drinks there. Individual
catering and support by own helpers is permitted, please use
marked areas exclusively.
MASSAGE:
Medical support (Sportarzt).
SANITARY:
Toilettes on the course; showers in immediate vicinity
TROPHIES:
All participants will receive a certificate. Trophies are
as follows: (for men and women seperately)

FEE:
EUR 55,- (24 h) / EUR 110,- (48 h);
T-Shirt EUR 13,- only by preorder.
Late-registration fee: EUR 15,-
Non-german applications: send the total amount only by international
or european money order, all bank charges due to sender, no checks.

Registration dead-line is 20.06.2003. Maximum 100
participants! The registration is valid only with submission
of the participation fee. The organizer has the right to
refuse participants from the run. In case of refusal the fee
will be returned.

RESPONSIBILITY:
The organizer is not responible for accidents, damages of
all kinds and thefts. Assurance is duty of the participants.
